How a full renovation runs
- Week 1
Strip out
Old floors, tiles and wiring out. Rubble leaves in bags, the same day, not piled in your stairwell.
- Weeks 2–3
Wiring and pipes
New circuits and plumbing, photographed before walls close so you have a record of where everything runs.
- Weeks 3–5
Walls and screed
Plaster, levelling, screed. The slow part, because it has to dry.
- Weeks 5–7
Finishes
Tiles, floors, paint, doors, then the kitchen and bathroom fittings.
- Last day
Handover
We walk through it with you, fix the list, clean, and give you the warranty in writing.
